Blake Fassero

Blake's career trajectory is a testament to his commitment and interest in finding the best place on earth to live and play. He began his professional real estate journey as an intern at Summit Sky Ranch in Silverthorne, Colorado, before joining a brokerage that marketed and sold branded real estate across the United States, the Caribbean, and Mexico. Working with some of the most influential developers in the world, Blake used his expertise to drive sales at iconic projects such as the Four Seasons Anguilla, Tahoe Beach Club, Quivira Los Cabos, and TPC Danzante Bay. His adeptness in shaping sales and marketing strategies and his knack for turning visions into reality made him a sought-after professional in the industry.

Blake's heart remained tethered to the mountains that had initially captured his imagination. He returned to Colorado and embarked on a new chapter as a real estate broker in one of the most desirable locations on the planet, Summit County. He is an avid athlete that enjoys hiking Colorado’s rugged peaks in the company of his four-legged companion, Caymus, escaping to surf a few days every year, and is never far from a golf club.

With a focus on problem solving and creative solutions, Blake is committed to ensuring that every aspect of buying and selling is a seamless and exceptional experience.

Christie's International Real Estate - Summit

As Colorado's largest historic district, Breckenridge is a visual collage of Victorian homes, old stone buildings and miner's cabins, surrounded by stunning peaks and the glitz of a big mountain ski resort. Founded in 1859 when gold was discovered along the Blue River, the town lived on, near ghost town status, long after the gold and silver played out. However, with the opening of Breckenridge Ski Resort in 1961, vibrant new economic life melded with the area's rich history to create the delightful town visitors and residents enjoy today. In winter, Breckenridge draws skiers from around the world to its famous vast and varied terrain. The resort and the town are equally popular in summer, when visitors enjoy endless options for outdoor adventure, as well the town's one-of-a-kind shops, restaurants, spas, museums and wildly popular outdoor festivals. Breckenridge is located in Summit County, about an hour's drive west of Denver. Boasting four major ski areas, vast expanses of public land and several mountain ranges, it's no surprise that Summit County is known as "Colorado's Playground." Discriminating buyers looking to live here permanently or seasonally can start their dream home search with any of the experienced brokers with Christie's International Real Estate in our Breckenridge office, which also covers the history-rich adjoining Park County. This team knows its home turf - and where to find every gorgeous property listed in this majestic yet easily accessible part of Colorado.
